There are some changes I did to the patch. It is not very polite with
fixed clients and you can remove the VISIBLE() macro, and use
c->isbanned instead. I will send you an updated patch against current
tip this afternoon.
About key driven resizes, it's not something I'll use, but I'm a mouse
guy anyway.
