[dwm] dwm-5.0 / dmenu-3.7

Hi there,

I'm glad to announce the following new releases:

dmenu(1) now is similiar to the pre-3.6 version, which means -b
has been reintroduced and -x -y -w have been removed.

Both, dmenu and dwm contain simple Xinerama support now.
