[hackers] dwm prefix key patch

The attached patch replaces the main modifier key with a prefix key. This
removed the single barrier to adoption for me when moving to dwm from Ratpoison.
The default prefix is C-t, as defined in config.def.h. Undefining this variable
makes the code exhibit the unpatched behavior.
