[hackers] [dwm] [PATCH 3/3] Don't restrict snap in mousemove

This also fixes a bug where client windows only switch to floating mode when the
mouse is dragged in one specific direction.

this patch is also the same as submitted previously. I also just added it to
this patch series for a better overview of the pending patches.
