[hackers] [dwm] [patch] alwayscenter: exclude bar height when positioning

Both the center and alwayscenter patches calculate the center position of the window without removing the bar from the equation, making them spawn in the literal center of the screen rather than the effective one.

This patch fixes this by excluding the bar height from the screen's, and also works when the bar is hidden via Mod+b.
