M-t defaults to xterm with some arguments. Change it in your
$HOME/.wmii-3/wmirc (resp for wmii-2: edit $HOME/.wmii/keys or
copy the $WMII_CONFDIR/actions/term script to
$HOME/.wmii/actions/ and change the xterm line into what you're
looking for).
