[wmii] wmii-2.5 'Oranienburger defloration' released

Hi there,

I'm glad to announce the release of
 wmii-2.5 aka 'Oranienburger defloration'
and
 9base-1 aka 'Tothiel'.

Following changes have been implemented:

 - New simplified 9base-1 based configuration subsytem.
   You only need to edit one single file to configure wmii.
   (PREFIX/etc/wmii-2.5/wmiirc or $HOME/.wmii-2.5/wmiirc)

 - Removal of cairo backend. This results in a noticable speedup
   and simplification of liblitz rendering routines.

 - 9base dependency which provides platform-independent behavior
   of all scripts and a noticable speedup of all process
   fork()'s because 9base is linked statically by default,
   beside of the minimalist code base.

 - Renamed all wmii-related tools in PREFIX/bin with wmii prefix.

 - Various bugfixes and cleanups.
