[wmii] wmii-2.5.1 hotfix release

Hi there,

I released wmii-2.5.1 aka 'Oranienburger defloration (a)', which
fixes two serious issues found in wmii-2.5:

  - zombie frames
  - IXP based (random) crashes on heavy concurrent access
