[wmii] rc4: floating clients

Hi,

when two floating clients overlap, the lower one cannot be
moved / resized directly with Alt+MB. Instead, the client
is just raised. Thus, a second Alt+MB is required. This is
highly inconvenient, and I would really love to see this
go away.
