[wmii] rc5: 20060513-rc5-kiev

Hi there,

yet another release candidate before the Wednesday wmii-3 final
release, you can download from:

This release contains several fixes and changes:
- The mouse tipping issue reported by Sander is fixed now
- If floating clients request a specific position, this is
  respected with higher precedence than the intelligent
  placement strategie.
- CFLAGS and LDFLAGS have now release-quality defaults (-O2 and
  no -g's anymore)
- class/instance presetting is now more robust
- Mathematica crashed the window manager, this is fixed now
  (this bug might have been also occured for other clients
  which set the WM_TRANSIENT_FOR hint to override_redirect'ed
  (!!!) windows) -> the Wolfram Labs should really investigate
  into X11 basics.
