[wmii] Unnecessary(?) redraw on tagging change

Hi list,

One small thing: I've just noticed that when I tag a client with a new
tag, it causes an unnecessary (?) redraw.

In particular, suppose I've got a client tagged as '1' and it's in a
small area so I'd like to tag it with '1+max' so I can view it at full
screen in the 'max' view. Doing so causes a redraw, which I can't see
is necessary. I only notice because I'm using X over a network with
rather crappy latentcy, and every redraw is irritating.

I've got wmii-20060511-rc4-baikal installed at the moment.

Of course this is a minor issue which may be more trouble to fix than is
worth it - if so I can certainly live with the current behaviour ;)
