Russ fixed the issue with sending SIGHUP to the process group of
libdraw-based apps.

because when I run these under job
control shells they all end up in their own
process groups anyway.
I've added rfork(RFNOTEG) to initdraw().
That should fix the problem for all libdraw apps.
