[wmii] FreeBSD port for hg tip

For anyone interested, I've made a port makefile for FreeBSD that uses hg tip
as its source. It runs `hg clone` on extract and has an update action to
update the sources. The port version is that date of the last update. I've
posted it to the wiki:
