Titlebars will be editable in wmii-4. Also, for stacking
title-bar-less frames make no sense. Use max mode in columns
instead ($MODKEY-m). Hiding titlebars only of selected clients
is also no option, because this would make an additional
interaction necessary to show/hide them on the fly.

After considering the whole mess, we decided against an option
here.
