[wmii] wmii-hackers list

Hi there,

due the fact that the number of wmii developers increased during
the last months, I decided to create a wmii-hackers list, which
is mainly for discussion between developers and about
implementation details in the source code. If you subscribe,
please don't send any user-related questions there like bug
reports or feature request, only code-level related things.
