Well, I've just changed xterm for another console (xfterm4).
I use this shortcuts :

$MODKEY-e) xfterm4 -e 'emacs21 -nw' &;;

that opens emacs in console with no windows.
I tried to use x-terminal-emulator, but it
opened and closed immediatly, don't know why.
But at least it works this way.
