[wmii] dwm-2.7 / dmenu-1.7

Hi there,

I created the following releases:

dmenu now contains an optional -p <prompt> option, which can be
used to display a prompt text before the input area.

Both, dwm and dmenu contain several code cleanups and use a
different FONT definition by default now, because 'fixed' is an
UTF-8 incompliant alias in most X setups.

I removed the gravitate() function from dwm, because that seems
to be obsolet if a window manager don't reparents client
windows. The dwm manual page has been extended to report the
recent JDK odyssey in the CAVEATS section.

(The UTF-8/Xmb fixes have also been contributed to wmii tip recently).
