Same thing can be done without making the client resizable, just by
forcing it into the managed layer. That way it would also be possible
to force resizable transients or windows that are already resizable but
request a fixed with into managed. I think that would be better, and I
wouldn't like having two rules doing such a similar thing. I'd prefer to
go for the '#' rule, instead for '@'.
