[wmii] New snap released: snap20070303

I've released a new snap. There are a number of notable improvements,
and it's recommended that all users upgrade to this version.

If you want to use the new rc based wmiirc (this is highly recommended),
then you'll need 9base, which you can get at suckless.org or from your
operating system's package manager, or plan9port, which you can get from
http://plan9.us/.

The major notable improvements are:

* Fixed several bugs related to windows being redrawn late and grabs not
  being released properly.

* Allow border based resizes.

* Fixed several bugs related to windows being colored as if they were
  focused, when they weren't.

* Add an rc (plan9port or 9base) based wmiirc (rc.wmii), and an
  awk-preprocessor/sh based wmiirc.

* Add a right-click menu with a 'Delete' option to titlebars

* Removed the status/quit/rehash scripts, which are now contained in the
  wmiircs.

* Added a rc.wmii.local script for rc.wmii so modifications can be made
  without changing the stock rc.wmii.

* Fixed selection of areas by index via the fs.

* New wmii logo in Metapost and EPS.

* Fix delay and flicker when selecting windows via keyboard.

* Fix fullscreen mode for many apps, including 'mplayer -fs'

* Implemented the Aspect hint.
