[wmii] Killing layout boxes (odd little corners)

In response to Miernik's post entitled "setting the border doesn't
work", it was asked how to get rid of those little corners at the
upper right and left of the screen in wmii 3.5. These are called
"layout boxes" if I'm not mistaken.

Kris said you can't get rid of them, that the code must be modified.

So here's the patch to get rid of them:
