[wmii] un-float broken apps?

is there a way to specify that certain window must implicitly go to the managed layer?
for example, i'm tired of pressing MODKEY+SHIFT+SPACE when starting azureus
and there's plenty of other broken apps which goes to floating layer initially

scripting CreateClient event seems to be solution, but maybe there's already some tagrule or something for that purpose?
