[wmii] wmii don't read ~/.wmii-3.5/wmiirc file

Hi! im new to wmii (just start using it yesterday) but it seems that my
~/.wmii-3.5/wmiirc file is not being read... i quit and reload x to reload
my config, but with no change...

my ~/.wmii-3.5/wmiirc file (copied from /etc/wmii-3.5/wmiirc file and
changed a bit):
