You're quite wrong. At the very least, Kaffe is available. For
FreeBSD, there is an official release of one version of the JDK,
and patchsets for others. Don't forget that I'm a BSD user. I'm
not so sure about Net/OpenBSD, but I suspect that there are
working patchsets available for them, as well.
