yes, wmii.rc has a function wi_menu that has dmenu entry :). So I changed
the options from -b to -y -0 (zero).

Now Mod-p shows me the command-menu at the bottom-bar but it does not run
any command at all, no matter how many times I use (Mod-p + app name +
enter)

If I choose the application that has the value of WMII_TERM which is urxvt
in my case, then it runs and this is the only application I can run using
Mod-p. What is the problem now ?
