[wmii] change to next tag

Hi evereybody!

I use named tag like web, mail, work etc. So i can't use the
MODKEY-number_of_the_tag shortcut to change tag. In addition, the
MODKEY-t-name_of_the_tag is not very fast for high use...

So I would make a shortcut to change to next tag (the tag at the right of
the current tag).

Does anybody has already done something like that? If not, how can i
do that?
