[dev] dwm pertag_5.7

Hello, I've updated the pertag patch for dwm-5.7,
It compiles without warnings, as far as I've tested (a very little),
it works.
I've haven't tried it yet in combinaison with nmaster and bstack patch,
( I need to update them first, that will be my next duty :) ).
