[dev] [ANN] ruby wmiirc - improved status bar applets

Hello,

Status bar applets have greatly improved in my Ruby wmiirc[1]:

* Added support for rendering Unicode characters in bar labels.

* Support both Linux and FreeBSD in various status bar applets.

* Actions and keyboard/mouse controls are now bound to particular
  instances of status bar applets. This means you can use `self`
  to refer to the Wmiirc::Status object in your action handlers.

* Status bar applet parameters are now (1) written with a '@'
  prefix in YAML files and (2) are made available as instance
  variables for use by the Ruby code therein.
