[dev][dwm][PATCH] clarify tagging command in man page

This patch clarifies in the man page that the default key binding
Mod1-Shift-[1..n] removes the other tags from the focused window in
addition to adding the nth tag. May not be worth applying but this did
cause a bit of confusion for me.
