[dwm] bottom-cut

Hi,

I've just built a `fresh' dwm without any significant config.h
modifications and I miss some pixels at the bottom of every xterm.

Take a look at the mutt-message (You are on the last message.) and the
vi-message (/tmp/vi.02016b: new file: line 1):

Known issue or is it just me?
