[wmii] fullscreen in mplayer and gqview

Hi folks

Recently, i switched from wmii-3.6_rc2 (latest gentoo ebuild) to mercurial tip.
After some adjustment i am now very pleased with my setup.
Thank you for the great work!

However, fullscreen mode in mplayer and gqview seems to be broken:

In mplayer the window does not get scaled up to the full screensize, but only
to the screensize minus the bar. Because mplayer ensures a certain aspect ratio,
there is a gap at the right side of the screen where you can see the other windows.

In gqview the window is scaled up to the full screen size, but the bar is in
front of the application window.

I tracked down the revision which introduced this behaviour:

changeset: 1982:65643b7a63d6
user: Kris Maglione <jg_AT_suckless.org>
date: Fri Mar 02 03:13:32 2007 -0500
summary: Implemented the Aspect hint, as well as some moderate cleanup.

With revision 1981 fullscreen mode in both mplayer and gqview work as expected.

To clarify, i am not talking about the new wmii Fullscreen command, but about
the application specific fullscreen commands.

Hope this helps
Andre
