+1 I'm so used to the user pattern of opening a webpage ctrl+clicking
N links and then closing them as I go reading.

http://surf.suckless.org/files/middle_click_link is supposed to do
this but I can't get it to work. Note that the website is wrong as the
file should be named ~/.surf/script.js using the default config.h

Is this something that could be done with JS? isn't surf supposed to
be single window? how can that JS code spawn a new process?
