is there a way to make webkit render page in wrapped mode?

I mean.. I want to have a fixed width of screen and only scroll
vertically by adapting the text to fit the full width instead
of following the page style.

And..it is possible to implement the 'double-click' to zoom on
a specific column of text? like iphone/android/microb do?
