[dev] dmenu-4.2.1

Hi,

there were two missing files in yesterdays dmenu-4.2.tar.gz, hence I
recreated a new bugfix release which can be downloaded from:

  http://dl.suckless.org/tools/dmenu-4.2.1.tar.gz
