[dev] [dwm][PATCH] Fix resizing client on non-primary monitor (bug from BUGS file)

Hi,

I think I fixed the following bug in the BUGS file:

I attached the patch which I think fixes this. It works for me, but
please test if I maybe missed a case where it doesn't work :)
This is tested on a dual-monitor setup.

Offtopic: I noticed when changing the snap variable in config.h to 0
pixels movemouse() and resizemouse() won't work. Maybe it's a good
idea to remove the check for snap, since it's an "unsigned int" type
?.
