Though this would make more conceptual sense if we also added the
monocle count patch[1], which apparently used to be in trunk, but was
removed, probably for the same "no master" reasoning. But that
reasoning doesn't work when we have no way to reorder clients besides
zoom (M-S-j / M-S-k must have been removed since).
