Adapting the makefile to link against gtk3 shouldnt be dramatic. At some point gtk2 will be like gtk1. And having two versions of the same lib sucks.

Im not using surf actually, but i find it nice to keep it in suckless. X11 is a huge dep for dwm and this is not a reason to kill it :P
