I don't know if this is something you should add into stock simplyread,
but my suckless stylesheet columnates text to make it readable on wide
screens without too much paging. I reckon Webkit is able to columnate
text. I used a column-count dependent on viewport width, but Opera doesn't
rematch media queries on resize so it never quite worked correctly. But I
still felt it enhanced readability.
