[dev] [surf] some changes

Greetings comrades.

There are some changes for surf in the repository now:
        * The loading indicator will only appear on loading.
        * If using a proxy then the colors of the indicator are different.
        * Mod + / is now search.
        * There are now commandline options to specify different scripfile,
          cookiefile or stylefile.
        * The buildpath() behaviour is changed.

                some/file.txt -> $(pwd)/some/file
                ~file.txt -> ${HOME}/file.txt
                ~/file.txt -> ${HOME}/file.txt

                The old was:
                some/file.txt -> ${HOME}/some/file.txt

          Please change your config.h accordingly.
