Would it be possible to disable requests made by the page to any
address outside the page's domain? This would cause most Google API
Web 2.0 HTML5 nonsense to fail, but ordinary pages with advertisements
hosted elsewhere (most of them, in my experience) would become
ordinary pages without advertisements.
