IIRC file://./example.html works too. I thought I remember a patch
going in to surf that checked for a local file. I can't check now,
but that really ought to work. Can someone cook up a new patch so
that 'surf example.html' checks the working directory first? As I
say, I'm sure I've seen one somewhere...
