I personally like imgRGBA and imageRGBA, but there needs to be a hint
that width and height are specified.
Given I'm busy until saturday-noon, I won't be able to put my whole
capacity on this. On Saturday though, I can really spend a lot of time
on this topic (and I'm looking forward to it).
Basically speaking, I'm now more of a fan of storing the width and
height in binary form (16 or 32 bit) instead of ASCII.
"imagefile" is also very nice. We really need to reflect on that.
