[dev] [surf] key- and buttonbindings

Heyho,

is there a specific reason, why surf uses a gtk accellerator group instead of
just connecting to the key-down signal? The later one seems more reasonable to
me.

Also what about my button handling with config.h patch? It's been out for more
than a week and there were no arguments about it yet.
