I had an issue with undo/redo when replacing strings in thousands of
lines. After undoing the string replacement (which worked) and then
redoing it, all lines in the file disappeared for some reason. When
I then tried to move the cursor further up (pressing 'k' on an empty
buffer) I got a SIGSEGV.

I just tested this with the current git HEAD though and could not
reproduce the issue so nevermind!
