Think of it the other way: what is gained by showing the user
"/cgi-bin/"? I suggest it conveys 0 bits of useful information to the

I suggest a static site generator, as it nicely decomposes the
creation of content from the styling of the content.

Sure - but what if they want a computer and an external mouse? Or a
laptop and a bag and an external power adapter?

It sounds like wire transfers are more common in Europe. There are
also payment processors like Stripe, Braintree, and Paypal who can
handle the details of credit card processing for you, so that you
don't have to deal with the hassles of securing and documenting your
handling of credit card info.
