[dev] scroll swallows ctrl+e keybinding while used with st

Hey,

i noticed that the current master version from today (10 a.m.) of both
scroll and st swallows the ctrl+e key. That is used to jump to the end
of the command line.

St alone works fine, just when i use scroll as a scrollback program,
ctrl+e doesn't work anymore.

Can be reproduced on both openbsd and linux, using many different shells
(openbsd ksh, bash, zsh)
