[dwm] dwm-1.9 / dmenu-1.2

I created new releases of both, dwm and dmenu.

dwm-1.9 does not contain the stack position toggling anymore.
The master ratio is now defined in per thousand instead of
percent (this allows a more fine grain default stack width, eg.
for 80x25 col terminals).

dmenu-1.2 contains some code polishing.
