[dwm] dwm-1.9 large numbers of clients diff (includes xinerama)

Hi, attached is a my large numbers of clients diff against dwm-1.9 for anyone who might find it useful. Hopefully I'll get around to adding a taggi page for it within the next week or so, but for moment here it is on list. No major changes: (i) I'd got some safety checks on changing number/type of columns off by one; should be correct now. (ii) I _think_ I've fixed the problem in moveToPosn (ModKey+digit binding) (iii) Still-quite-brief-documentation is now an added section to the dwm.1 file in a section at the end headed "MODIFICATIONS BY LARGE NUMBERS OF CLIENTS PATCH".
