[dwm] [slock] Visual feedback & password echo

Hi,

I modified slock a little bit to fit my needs better. It will display a
string on the screen to have some sort of visual feedback that it's
running.

It will "echo" back the typed in chars as '*' like in many other
password entry fields.

I attached the source just in case anyone might find it usefull.
