[dwm] dwm && xxkb problem

xxkb - keyboard layout switcher, that remebers the layout for each application window.
but it doesn't work in dwm. it looks like xxkb treats all windows as one, so switching
layout in one window cause switching in others.
same problem in wmii was fixed, but I've missed that moment, so I can't look at wmii patch
and port changes to dwm...
