[dwm] [PATCH] fixed some hardcoded lines.

Hi!

As I had some time, I wrote a patch which fixes some strange things if
sx or sy != 0. If sx != 0 window snapping in west still doesn't work.
It fixes some hardcoding.

This patch wastes 1loc.
